Communicating publishing excellence through Rizzoli
Communication and PR
Throughout our collaboration with Rizzoli that began in 2021, we have consolidated its presence in Spain, Portugal and Mexico as a reference publisher in the luxury, fashion, art and design sectors. Through customized PR strategies for each of the strategic launches related to our markets, we have managed to generate significant impact in key media.
Thanks to the segmented distribution of press releases, the negotiation of relevant media coverage and interviews with spokespeople, Rizzoli has been highlighted in areas such as lifestyle, travel, design and culture, thus reinforcing its positioning in the market. Each action around each new launch has been key to generate notoriety around each book's protagonist, its storytelling, history, values and in the case of Sofía Aspe and Gloria Cortina, their works, focusing communication on the launch of each new publishing project.

Naty Abascal,
the eternal muse inspiring fashion designers
For the launch of this book in 2021, the agency designed a communication strategy focused on the historical relevance of Naty Abascal in the fashion world, linking it with the exhibition at the Jumex Museum in Mexico City. Through press releases and ad hoc negotiations with each media outlet, we ensured coverage in leading fashion and luxury magazines, as well as lifestyle supplements. In addition, we managed interviews with Naty Abascal to reinforce the narrative of her legacy in Haute Couture.

Gloria Cortina: Interiors, modernity and myth
In 2022, the positioning of this book focused on highlighting the fusion of Gloria Cortina's classic sophistication and contemporary identity. At the agency, we structured a communications strategy that positioned the interior designer as a key figure in Mexican and global design. We also developed a segmented media plan to specifically target each of them, including interviews, specialized articles, and coverage in architecture, design, and luxury magazines.

Tropical Living: Dream Houses in Punta Cana
Under the editorial direction of Naty Abascal and with a foreword by Anna Wintour, this 2024 launch required a comprehensive strategy that highlights both the architectural beauty of Punta Cana and the prestigious seal that Rizzoli and Abascal bring to the project. Our work involved sharing the project's story, from its inception to its transformation into a beautiful residential complex, thanks to personalities such as Oscar de la Renta and singer Julio Iglesias, who supported and fostered the development and growth of the region. To capture the unique charm of this journey, AREA secured the book's presence in the most prestigious national and international architecture, design, and travel publications.
In this way, through ad hoc communication strategies and their meticulous execution, we managed to position each Rizzoli launch as a unique and special event within the luxury, fashion, and design sectors. Our approach has allowed each work to transcend the paper, becoming a reference in the editorial and media conversation.
