In July 2019 Pomellato joined AREA to work on its content strategy in order to increase brand awareness and visibility. With this in mind, the AREA Mexico team works to shape local stories reinforcing the negotiation of corporate coverage. In October 2019, the first Press Day was held in which the brand’s most iconic collections were presented, conveying its essence and universe. In this line, it has followed the planning and management of other successful events such as the celebration of the 20th anniversary of Nudo, an iconic piece of the Brand, in a private event with press, influencers and stylists.
At this latest press and influencer launch event, held at an elegant restaurant in Mexico City, guests were able to try on the brand’s iconic jewellery while enjoying special non-alcoholic cocktails inspired by the collection itself and a sweeter bite.

The event with Pomellato generated a lot of buzz and had a significant impact on social media, with more than one million followers reached on Instagram.

One of the actions that AREA Mexico and Pomellato have taken together to celebrate and reinforce Earth Day was the sending of 30 kits to editors and stylists with succulents and chocolate gold bars in reference to fairmined gold. We wanted to pay tribute to the Responsible Gold pact, with which Pomellato has dedicated its efforts to work only with gold that has been obtained in an environmentally responsible way, implementing ecological strategies that allow 100% reforestation of areas that have been affected.
